Subject Talents would be wasted on the Norway

To whom it may concern,
I would request that Roger Hernandez be placed on the Dawn this summer as opposed to the SS Norway.
His talent and humor is more suited for a much bigger and youger audience and would be wasted on the
Norway. Roger is and would be a valuable asset to your staff on the Dawn.
