Dear Mr. Suman & Mr. Cox,
I was dismayed to hear that you have decided to put Roger Hernandez on the SS Norway rather than the
Norwegian Dawn. We had a weeklong opportunity to listen to Roger last summer and when Roger told us he
would be on the Dawn out of NYC we booked a cruise for our group, largely based on the fact that Roger
would be performing. He is an extraordinary talent and perfect for the New York based audience the Dawn
would provide.
I suggest you take the time to run the following through the www.google.com search engine, "Roger
Hernandez Norwegian Sun" and look at the comments made by people who have cruised on the NCL Sun. I
doubt any other member of your entertainment staff have generated more positive feedback than Roger.
Roger should be promoted on your best ship, not sent to exile on the Norway.
We strongly urge you to reconsider this decision or our group will have to reconsider our decision to cruise the
Dawn this summer.
