I heard you last July on NCL's Norgwegian Sun in the lounge and truly enjoyed the musical experience! I purchased your Partners in Crime CD from you that night and even waited for you to return from your cabin with the copy. You later mailed me the artwork and a personal note. I don't recall responding to you as you requested to confirm that I had received the information. You stated in the letter that you couldn't make-out my handwriting for my last name and the email address. I just want you to know that today, hearing your music and that of Billy Joel's truly blessed me and lifted my sprits. I have been home ill since Saturday 5/10, and cabin fever is really setting in......so I used music therapy to lift me up....AND it did. Hearing you brought back many pleasant memories. Please let me know re: the availability of your next CD and add me to your mail list.
I have a BA degree in vocal performance and I also have a son that is a senior at UNA in Florence, AL. He sings, acts, plays guitar, piano, bass, and harmonica, and has a lot of Billy Joel in his repertoire. His minor is in commercial music. He has performed in several musicals and light operas with Opera South in Florence and Jefferson Performing Arts in Metairie, LA. As all musicians, he is looking for a "break." If you could be of any help or could point him to a lead, please let me know.
